美国留学申请F1签证申请面签常见问题大汇总

美国F1签证是最常见的学生签证类型、如果你获得美国政府承认的学校（包括获得认证的美国大学或学院、私立中学或获得批准的英语学习项目等等）就读，应申请F-1签证。美国面签

此外如果每周学习课程超过18小时，也应申请F-1签证。根据美国法律，外国学生不得进入公立小学（从幼儿园到八年级）或政府资助的成人教育项目就读。因此，F-1签证不适用于此类学校。

M-1签证

如果想在美国的非学术或职业教育机构进行学习或培训，应申请M-1签证。

A类、E类、F-2类、G类、H-4类、J-2类、L-2类、M-2类或其他衍生非移民签证持有人可以进入公立小学和中学就读。

F1签证申请流程说明

一、收到录取offer

二、收到I-20表格

I-20表格是每位去美国读书的同学（F-1以及M-1签证持有者）入学和签证面试时的必备文件，用于申请赴美签证，证明申请者的学生身份、入学资格、以及学生合法工作的资格。

关于入境的规定：所有新生只能在I-20表格上所列的课程报到日之前30天内才会被准许入境美国。

三、F-1签证材料准备

1.I-20原件；

2.学校Admission Letter;

3.护照；

4.美国签证照片（51mm*51mm正方形，电子照片，上传至DS-160）;

5.DS-160确认页，2页纸（条形码清晰）；

6.面签预约确认单（打印）；

7.SEVIS费收据（打印）；

8.中英文毕业证明&学位证明(原件)；

9.中英文成绩单(原件)；

10.语言成绩单(电子版本打印即可)；

11.Resume(申请时的打印即可)；

12.存款证明(冻结时间覆盖签证当天即可，金额至少大于I-20上一年Tuition+Fee的金额，不能是基金or理财产品)；

13.父母工作收入证明(中英文对照，目的是体现存款证明开出的金额有合理的来源)；

14.关于户口和亲属关系的文件(户口本)；

15.research plan/study plan：根据项目情况写(项目是做研究的则写研究计划、上课则写学习计划)。如果项目是研究项目,找到导师介绍(网页上找简历打印出来)。体现自己在美国有合理、正规的学业安排，最后最好写几句归国计划。美国留学签证

四、DS-160说明

DS-160类似填写一个个人信息详细版的网申，点击Start New Application然后填写DS-160。

【2019年新政】需要上传社交平台账号：

5月31日起，美国使馆要求签证人提交自己过去五年的社交平台及账户名称，涉及QQ、豆瓣、微博、优酷及其他主要国外流行社交平台。

五、网上预约签证

填写过程中需要DS-160的Application ID和I-20上的SEVIS Number。

签证费:预约签证的网站会按照实时汇率换算成人民币相应金额。

完成预约后,最后请打印预约签证的确认单,保持条形码的清晰,黑白打印即可。(签证时需要携带)

六、缴纳SEVIS费

付费地址:

付好之后打印SEVIS费电子版收据(面签时带着)，建议打印两份备用。

七、面签

请提前一小时到使馆门口，提前了解下情况，将随身物品，在使馆门口存包处存上，只带用透明文件袋装着的文件进入，有时候守卫允许提前进入的使馆，有问题随时问守卫即可。

①使馆大门口，守卫会请您出示有效证件；（出示160表格确认页，预约确认单，护照原件和照片

②排队等候安检；

③电子产品（手机、Ipad、U盘等）及危险物品、包括背包都不允许带入哦；

④随身携带物品将经过X光扫描；

⑤顺利通过安检,之后你就来到了美国大使馆的大厅，美国使馆签证大厅所有申请人将在此等候。

3.领号牌

签证大厅有很多像银行一样的小窗口，每个窗口办理的内容是不一样的。每个申请人都需要领取一个不同颜色的窗口牌，经历提交资料，留取指纹和与签证官面谈三个步骤。

2.需要护照号，更新较慢，一般来说，只要签证显示issued，两天后就可以去拿护照。

3.护照领取

特别注意

1.请比预约的面签时间提前1小时-1.5小时到达，到达后可能需先在外面排队等候入场。

美领馆最新规定：面试时间不能超过预约时间后的半小时，也就是10点半预约面试，必须在11点前通过窗口扫描，否则就不能面试,只能重新预约，请务必准时到达领馆。

2.接受安全检查—请不要随身携带任何电子产品,包括手机。也不要携带背包、手提箱、公文包或手推车等。贵重物品尽量不带，可以存包。

申请人只能携带跟签证申请有关的文件，建议用透明的文件袋装。

3.到指定窗口递交材料，之后等待指纹扫描和签证面谈。对于首次办理美国签证(不论类型)的申请者，需要扫描十个手指的指纹，所以在签证前一周注意不要把手指滑破。

4.签证官会当场告诉你是approved还是rejected或是check。

如果签证申请得到批准，护照会被收走，通常面谈后的五个工作日内会把护照返还到指定地点；

如果签证被check，护照也会收走，不同专业被check时长不同。如果签证被拒,所有材料会当场退还给你。

5.能在I-20上所列的学校指定报到日（开学日）前120天内签发，即面签日期需要在开学前4个月内。
